As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner candidate and registered nurse, I watched as our worlds became increasingly compressed by screens. I created Skychology™ to help you look up again. By integrating the Atmospheric Somatics™ framework, I’ve designed a sanctuary where you can regulate your nervous system through the restorative power of the 'Vertical Gaze.' Welcome to a more expansive way of being.
